DSA Payment Terms and Conditions:

​

Grinds Payment Policy: When signing up to grinds, students/parents are committing to the full term and therefore fees are due for the full term. All fees for grinds must be paid in full in the first week of term or in two equal instalments: on or before the first day of attendance and the balance paid, in full, by the specified week of the term. If fees are not paid on time, we have the right to refuse entry to grinds or study. Students can and will be removed from classes if payments are not made. Fees are non-refundable. We do not allow for absenteeism. Notes are given in grinds when students miss classes. If students wish to cancel their grinds spot before the end of term, a cancellation fee of €50 will be incurred. If students wish to swap subjects during the term, an administration fee will be charged.

Please note: We have the right to cancel a scheduled/ongoing class at any point during the term if we do not meet the required minimum amount of students for a class to run.

Study Payment Policy: When signing up to study, students/parents are committing to the full term and therefore fees are due for the full term. All fees for study must be paid in full in the first week of term or in two equal instalments: on or before the first day of attendance and the balance paid, in full, by the specified week of the term when signing up. If fees are not paid on time, we have the right to refuse entry to study. Students can and will be removed from study if payments are not made. Fees are non-refundable. We do not allow for absenteeism. If students wish to cancel their study spot before the end of term, a cancellation fee will be incurred.

Study Skills Workshops: Payment for study skills workshops are non- refundable within 21 days of the event. There is no allowance for absenteeism. Payment may be transferable to other services if we are notified of the cancellation with over 14 days notice before the event. The transferred event must run within the same academic year.

Courses, Workshops & Holiday Study: Payment for courses, workshops or holiday study are non- refundable. There is no allowance for absenteeism. Payment may be transferable to other services if we are notified of the cancellation with over 21 days notice before the event. Some workshops may vary so please read details on each specific page. Courses will only run to demand, if we do not have demand for a course, the fee will be refunded in total to those students who paid in advance.

Absenteeism: We do not allow for absenteeism in grinds, courses, workshops or supervised study. All fees must be paid in full at the beginning of term. If a student is unable to make a grind, the tutor will keep a copy of the notes and exam questions for those students.

 

Members: Members are students who attend weekly grinds and/or study only. Current members will receive preference for all holiday studies and courses throughout the year.

Deposits: Deposits for courses, grinds or any other service are non- refundable within 21 days of the event or service start date.

​

Credit notes: Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date and time of issue. If you have not used it within 12 months, the balance will be cancelled.

​​

Gift Vouchers: Gift Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the time of issue. If you have not used it within this time, the balance will be cancelled.
